how do i can i file chapter 7 without a lawyer?
I have a car loan that adds up to about 20,000 but the car is only worth 9,000. My car is now going to be repossed friday if i dont come up with 3000. since i cant afford to reposses because i’ll still be paying more money than i have my next option is bankrupcty can anybody tell me what i can do or what my options are? Or better yet how do i file witout a lawyer?
