Can you keep your car if you file for chapter 7 bankruptcy in Massachusetts?
I know that if you qualify for chapter 7 bankruptcy, you’re allowed to keep some assests to live on etc, and that it varies frome state to state – does anyone know the value at/below which the bankruptcy judge will allow you to keep your car in MA?If your car is worth more, will they take it or require you to sell it?Thanks for any help!
