Can an Attorney's lien be removed from a house in a Chapter 13 (State of Georgia)?
The only way a chapter 13 will work is if this debt is discharged and the lien removed. Chapter 7 is not an option. two Bankruptcy attorney's have told me to different things I need a clear answer about the lien only.
Only if GA has a homestead law. This lien is hard to remove in bankruptcy the bar association of the US and all states writes out a form lawyers use to put liens on property . They are hard to defeat once they are recorded in the county clerks office,
