bankruptcy -chapter 7-can a heloc be added while the primary mortgage is paid to keep the house?

getting ready to file a chapter 7 and we have an attorney, final meeting is Friday and am curious as to whether a home equity line can be added to the bankruptcy, yet we wish to pay the mortgage to keep the house, anybody familiar with the laws, give some advice, please?
