Bankruptcy Chapter 7?
We filed Capter 7 Bankruptcy and it was granted in February. We still have the house loan and car loan place calling us and also sending us statements. I figured it was an overlap in getting the message to their departmrents. is this normal?
Also, we gave up our boat and the lawyer said they had 30 days( from that date – Declared bankruptcy) to pick it up and they did not. Now it is April and we get a letter from the lawyer saying we still need to give up the boat in 30 days. We are confussed and dont understand what is going on?
